Typically PermaVault safes are delivered within 7 business days.

Return Policy

If the merchandise is defective or damaged, we will issue a full credit or replacement (including your shipping costs) upon return of the product. If you refuse your shipment because it was damaged, we will issue a full credit or replacement safe.

If the merchandise is not defective, you may still return it for a partial refund. Because of our cost to ship your product, we must deduct the cost of shipping both ways from your refund if you decide to return a non-defective product. We also deduct a 20% restocking fee.

If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund. 

If you refuse your shipment and the product is not damaged, you will NOT receive a full discount. You will be responsible for shipping both ways and a 20% restocking fee.

We must be informed of all returns. Please e-mail customer service or call 1-716-326-4499 to inform us of your return. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and give you the address where you can return the product. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
