Delivery Time
We have warehouses throughout the
United States. We send your order immediately to the warehouse
nearest you, then they take 7 to 10 business days to ship. Then
allow another couple days for delivery. This may
be a longer process than some of our competitors, but shipping
directly from the warehouse makes it possible for us to give you our
great discount rates! If you

Return Policy
If the merchandise is
defective or damaged, we will issue a full credit or
replacement (including your shipping costs) upon return of the
product. If you refuse your shipment because it was damaged, we will
issue a full credit or replacement safe.
If the merchandise is
not defective, you may still return it for a partial refund.
Because of our cost to ship your product, we must deduct the cost of
shipping both ways from your refund if you decide to return a
non-defective product. We also deduct a 20% restocking fee.
If you cancel your
order before it ships, you will receive a full refund.
If you refuse your
shipment and the product is not damaged, you will NOT receive a full
discount. You will be responsible for shipping both ways and a 20%
restocking fee.
We must be informed
of all returns. Please e-mail customer
service or call 1-716-326-4499 to inform us of your
return. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and give you the
address where you can return the product. No returns will be
accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
